Client came to us with a mission impossible — mint is closing in 3 days, they have 1,500 NFTs out of 5,000 to mint… of course our team had to take up the challenge, we like side quests and coming up against the big bosses. We formalized the campaign in 1 day and sold out the mint in another. Now continuing building up their audience in preparation for a Pepsi collab (shhh this is a secret alpha)

Unfortunately the mint took place 2 weeks after the FTX collapse and the mint got exploited twice… But the G-studios team still delivered, on a relative scale. We received 50% of the budget than the dominant player in the space, and still got 2x better results than them

Description:
Client is still early in the game dev process and wanted us to nurture their target audience primed at conversion when the game launches. We held a collaborative 4 week workshop covering discovery > internal audit > positioning > GTM strategy. Determined player profile to be best funneled through TikTok. Organically seeded their Tiktok content funnel to 16k followers, 250k likes, 3M views in the first month. Sortium (parent company) ended up shifting strategic priority to pursue AI creation tools in Fortnite creatives (we have a secret project in the works here… stay tuned)
